This is a two part sand casting mold Thor's Hammer. I printed with .6mm nozzel, 2mm layer height, middle slice face down, and tree supports for pin holes. The pin holes are 3mm and I found that 2.9mm pins still needed a little sanding to fit well. I might try 2.8 next time.

Edit: The issue with the pins was actually with the pin holes (elephants foot). I cleaned up the holes well and got a much better fit.
