So I printed this at 132% scale and 1) the internal most blade isn't at all flat so you have to print it with close supports and 2) the pieces would NOT extend and so i flicked it harder and the ABS broke and the internal parts went flying across the room :(. I prob messed something up with my print but make sure yall do low speed or the blade parts could fuse together

Has anyone had any difficulty detaching the last segment from the internals? I want to avoid damage as must as possible but no matter how I approach it wont release.

Would it be possible to add all the individual segments of the blade and the hilt to this design so that I can print each part separately?

If you use Prusa Slicer, it has the ability to separate an object into parts if they are not connected and you can get it that way.

Two parts of the handguard are hallow so of course they would brake of. Also looks great might print it.

try using mesh fixes plugin in cura

When I open the STL in Cura, it shows that there are errors on 2 of the 4 handguard parts. I am not sure what the errors are but when I remove the print those 2 parts break off.
