I buy Flashforge PLA locally from Clas Ohlson, it comes on a 600g spool with a 20mm inner diameter, not very many spool holders for this type of spool, so made my own.

Press fit to the extrusion so may not need the screw, but there is room for an M5 screw to secure it an tee nut.

Print at 45' degrees if your printer can handle the overgangs,if not flat works okay in my limited experience.
