I took the Holding Child Figure and split it into 2 pieces that slot together with a hollow compartment inside so a note or a gift such as a ring or necklace can be hidden within the figure.

I added a raised floral pattern to the skirt to fit with the background.

I created a base so the figure can be displayed and gave it function by adding a trinket tray that can hold coins, jewellery etc.

To make it more attractive as a display piece, I created a floral background that slots into the base. I made the petals raised higher than the leaves so you can do a manual filament change at 6mm and have the flower a different colour to the leaves. Also included separate files for top and bottom of flower if you prefer to print and glue.

The base and background are printed separately flat on the bed and then slot together for ease of printing.
