Hi, with this you can replace your center gear in your sony DD type of walkman. It is highly recomended to print this on an calibrated sla printer. For my anycubic mono se I have to scale it by 103,5%. You will get the best results when printing the gear with an offset to the built platform and support unter every teeth. I would please you not to sell this gear. This is only for your personal use.
I have also made a version with an parametric offset to the center disc. I can upload versions of this on demand

Hi Johannes, what do you mean with parametric offset? Do you mean a parametric CAD File? I have got an Anycubic Mono (without SE) and I do have problems in getting the supports added. This function nevver worked for me in a good way. Can you share your Anycubic file with me? I do not have the SE Version but I would give it a try - maybe it works. How do you get it attached to the center wheel? Is it bonded? In Any case pretty nice work and thanks a lot. Which CAD software do you use? Thomas from Germany. Are you from Germany as well? Your name sound very german.
I have created a parametric File in Fusion 360 to offset the gear from the metal disc. Normally this is not required, but i encountered some Walkman where the offset was just too high.
How would one go about attaching this?
I have uploaded a new version with support material. When attaching this gear to the metal disc, i use cyanoacrylate type glue. It is important that the gear runs true compared to the middle axil
