Minimum required build area for the main sliced version:

• X: 9.77 cm
• Y: 4.40 cm
• Z: 16.94 cm

If your printer is larger, printing becomes even easier because you can print bigger sections at once.

🧩 Sliced version with pegs and sockets

The sliced version is not just randomly cut into pieces.

It includes a peg and socket assembly system for easier alignment, cleaner assembly and a stronger final prop.

🛡️ Fiberglass rod version included

A reinforced version is included with an internal channel running through the sword, including the center of the crossguard.

Recommended fiberglass rod:

• 0.5 cm diameter
• 100 cm length

I left slightly more room inside the channel, so the rod should fit more safely after printing.

Fiberglass rods are commonly accepted at conventions, making this version a strong choice for cosplay use.

Because of that, the crossguard is included in 4 different printing versions:

For large printers.

Minimum build area:

• 23 x 9 x 5 cm

2. Crossguard split into 3 parts

This version is compatible with the fiberglass rod channel.

Each part is smaller than:

• 10 x 9 x 5 cm

This means even small printers can print it.

3. Crossguard split in half with pegs and sockets

This version needs around 23 cm in one axis, but the cut makes printing easier and assembly cleaner.

4. Crossguard split lengthwise into 2 symmetrical parts

This is the safest and easiest printing option if you have around 23 cm in one axis.

The long cut makes the crossguard easier to print while preserving the full shape and detail.
