Bust cup width — measure across the area each cup should cover. Cup height — measure from lower bust area toward the upper chest. Center gap — check the distance you want between left and right cups. Attachment area — plan where straps, elastic, fabric, glue, or rivets will connect. Test scale first — print a small flat slice or low-height test if you are unsure about fit.
