ELITE KNIGHT HELMET - OSCAR OF ASTORA Helmet COSPLAY - DARK SOULS FAN ART
This is a digital STL file - print-ready and high quality for cosplay and display.
This helmet represents Oscar of Astora's iconic Elite Knight Helmet from Dark Souls.
This is the helmet I have invested the most time and perfectionism into.
While studying the original game covers and promotional screenshots, I noticed two subtle details on Oscar's helmet that I had never seen recreated before. Small metal elements around the breathing vents on the faceplate. Don't worry though, both versions are included. The version with these details is named 'Canonic', while the version without them is named 'Symbolic'.
Of course, you don't have to choose only one interpretation.
This bundle includes both versions:
- The helmet exactly as most players remember it
- The fully canonical version with the additional front details visible in the original references
🖨 Printer compatibility
The entire project was designed so even owners of small printers can print it.
Minimum recommended build volume:
-
19 x 17 x 17 cm for the standard helmet measuring 34 x 22 x 30 cm after assembly.
-
20 x 18 x 18 cm for the larger helmet measuring 40 x 36 x 26 cm after assembly.
-
🧢Standard size: recommended for adult head circumference around 54-58 cm.
-
🧢Large size: recommended for adult head circumference around 60-64 cm.
If your printer is larger, you can simply print much larger sections at once and reduce assembly time.
Both helmet sizes include the same complete set of files and assembly options.
🎭 This is not just another static helmet.
The visor works exactly like a real medieval helmet.
The faceplate rotates on a functional locking pivot with an exceptionally large range of motion.
You can partially open it while wearing it, fully raise it for photos, or even rotate it almost completely behind the helmet.
Every moving part was engineered specifically for reliable printing and practical cosplay use.
📦 This is a true premium bundle.
Included are:
- Neck plates in One Mesh and Split versions
- Helmet shell divided into many small pieces for compact printers
- Helmet shell with peg and socket assembly, plus a version without pegs if you prefer a different assembly method
- Additional merged One Mesh helmet shell without peg holes for custom slicing
- Canonical lower faceplate with detailed breathing vents in One Mesh and Split versions
- Symbolic lower faceplate in One Mesh and Split versions
- Upper faceplate in One Mesh and Split versions
- Complete faceplate as one solid piece
- Multiple assembly configurations for small, medium, and large printers
The screenshots clearly show exactly what you are purchasing.
This project was designed so you can choose the printing workflow that best matches your printer instead of adapting your printer to the model.
