Assembly Note If you have trouble removing the wings, I suggest using a credit card or other thin flat plastic to wedge under the wing to give you a little leverage to loosen the wing. Then you will be able to grip the wing to pull off.
NOTE: The devil hat on this add-on bundle DOES NOT head connector tightly. It was designed to be loose so that the peak would slide over the front of the face. It is only used for stability on the head. The Jack-o-Lantern is optional and is not actually attached to the duck. It sits flush against the body of the duck. The face inserts on the pumpkin are also optional. You may need to use an instrument to push them into place.
Glue recommended for pumpkin stem, pumpkin face, and horns.
Some of the accessory pieces may have tight fits to hold parts together without glue. If you have issues with fit, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you. If your machine does not have very precise or accurate tolerances, you may want to scale the models up or adjust your precision settings. Scaling down model will not work as the tolerances will likely be too small for the pieces to fit.
For most accessories for this duck, you will be required to remove the head topper, head connector and/or wings. Glue is not needed for most of the parts of these models. We do recommend it when you want permanent adhesion and for certain small parts like the eyes.
Assembled Dimensions at full size: Height: Approx 4.96β Width: Approx 4.19β Depth: Approx 5.02" Print tolerances vary by printer. The settings used in this print were in Bambu Studio, and printed on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 nozzle printed at 0.20mm layer height Standard print quality settings. Filament used was PLA . Plate used was Bambu Textured PEI Plate.
Adding variable height, ironing or smaller layer heights will decrease the visibility of any lines even more than what is shown in the photos.
