Assembly Note The blue part of the flag may separate into two pieces when removed from the build plate due to the thinness of the part. This will not affect the overall look. Once both pieces are inserted into the flag, the separation will not be seen. I separated mine before assembly to ensure that it does not affect the overall look (as shown in photos).

If you have issues with fit, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you. If your machine does not have very precise or accurate tolerances, you may want to scale the models up slightly or adjust your precision settings. Scaling down model will not work as the tolerances will likely be too small for the pieces to fit.
Print tolerances vary by printer. The settings used in this print were in Bambu Studio, and printed on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 nozzle printed at 0.20mm layer height Standard print quality settings. Filament used was PLA and PLA+. Plate used was Bambu Textured PEI Plate. Adding variable height, ironing or smaller layer heights will decrease the visibility of any lines even more than what is shown in the photos.

• Support Type - NONE
• Threshold Angle - 30 degrees
• Remove Small Overhangs - NO
• Brim – NO – unless you have adhesion issues
• Top Z-Distance - .28
• Bottom Z-Distance - .28
• Layer Height – 0.2mm or smaller
• Nozzle Size – 0.4 or smaller
• Seam – position depends on piece and orientation on the plate
• Infill – 10 - 15%
• Wall Loops – 2+
