📏 Measuring Instructions
Before printing, measure the sword or prop you want to display and compare it to the stand dimensions in your slicer.
For full-size prop or decorative swords:
Measure the blade length and overall weight of your sword. Measure the area of the sword that will rest on the hooks/support points. Check the spacing of the holders in the slicer to make sure the sword will sit securely. Make sure the full back plate size fits the wall area where you plan to mount it.
Tip: if your sword is heavier than a lightweight cosplay prop, consider printing with stronger settings and using solid wall mounting hardware.
🖨️ Printing Instructions Print with enough walls and infill if you plan to use it for a real display piece rather than just as décor. PLA and PLA+ are good for decorative use. PETG may be a better choice if you want a bit more durability. Use supports only where needed, depending on your chosen orientation. Printing the main body in separate parts, file is prepared that way, can make printing easier and cleaner. A smaller layer height can help preserve the smooth decorative surfaces. If the stand will carry a heavier sword, increase wall count and infill for extra strength.
