Replacement crank for the Catit Smartsift litter box. Print with just a few tree supports, snap on the handle, and install it just like the original.

Buy the model once and have peace of mind.

Includes a tool for easily removing the handle if you ever want to replace it or reuse the original (it's usually the axle or the connection to the tray that breaks on the original).

Dimensions and Weight: Total assembly: approximately the same proportions as the original part Filament used: approximately 84.48g for the tested print settings (details in settings) • Depends on your machine and print settings • Optimal Strength parameters in 3MF (4 wall loops, 10% cubic infils) • Tree Supports for hoverhangs

Print Settings:

• Resolution: 0.16 mm layer height
• Infill: 10% Cubic
• Wall loops: 4
• Supports: Tree
• Brim: No brim

Strength increased by increasing the number of walls to 4 while maintaining a 10% infill (cubic).

You can use specialized filaments (e.g., PLA CF) for even greater durability.
