Assembly Note To add the diploma to the wings, you will need to assemble the diploma, add one wing to the body, add the diploma to the one wing, then partially insert the diploma into the other wing and then attach to the body.
If you have trouble removing the wings, I suggest using a credit card or other thin flat plastic to wedge under the wing to give you a little leverage to loosen the wing. Then you will be able to grip the wing to pull off. Some of the accessory pieces may have tight fits to hold parts together without glue. If you have issues with fit, please feel free to reach out to me and I will be happy to assist you. If your machine does not have very precise or accurate tolerances, you may want to scale the models up or adjust your precision settings. Scaling down model will not work as the tolerances will likely be too small for the pieces to fit.
For most accessories for this duck, you will be required to remove the head topper, head connector and/or wings. Glue is not needed for most of the parts of these models. We do recommend it when you want permanent adhesion and for certain small parts.
Assembled Dimensions at full size: Height: Approx 5.60β Width: Approx 3.61β Depth: Approx 4.45" Print tolerances vary by printer. The settings used in this print were in Bambu Studio, and printed on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 nozzle printed at 0.20mm layer height Standard print quality settings. Filament used was PLA . Plate used was Bambu Textured PEI Plate.
Adding variable height, ironing or smaller layer heights will decrease the visibility of any lines even more than what is shown in the photos.

- Threshold Angle - 40 degrees
- Remove Small Overhangs - NO
- Brim β AUTO OUTER β Only on small pieces or if you have adhesion issues
- Top Z-Distance - .28 - IMPORTANT
- Bottom Z-Distance - .28 - IMPORTANT
- Layer Height β 0.2mm or smaller
- Nozzle Size β 0.4 or smaller
- Seam β position depends on piece and orientation on the plate
- Infill β 5 - 15%
- Wall Loops β 2+ - higher for tassel
