These vintage “cut crystal” eggs are designed for printing with clear resin. This set of six is part of a series of a dozen unique designs.

When slicing, raise the models 5mm off the build plate and add heavy supports to the bottom ring only. This will keep the remainder of the egg surface smooth.

There needs to be enough room between the supports to allow for resin movement and prevent the “suction effect” while printing.

Apply a clear coat afterwards for maximum clarity.
