⭐使用solidworks精确建模,布置了必要的加强筋 🚀模型介绍 该料盘架设置了拓展卡扣,可以进行无限堆叠,充分利用收纳空间。它采用非对称倾斜的人体工学结构,使用3根支撑杆,兼容料盘及耗材盒子,对上述两种工况均可提供有效的支撑。 该支架进一步优化了料盘的重心位置,在高层堆叠时不易倒塌。并且,基于人体工学,优化了耗材盒子的倾斜角度,便于取出耗材;在放置耗材盒时,优化的倾斜角度免去了对准步骤,轻松推入即可稳固放置,有效提升了操作体验,更为便捷。 该模型使用solidworks进行了必要的轻量化,在优化外观后,添加了必要的加强筋,提升了模型刚度,减小了承重带来的形变;并且,模型采用更高的填充密度,进一步增加了模型的强度,降低了折断风险;在切片时,顶面对承重影响较低,故而对顶面采用了全镂空处理,并加厚底面至1.2mm,在进行轻量化的同时,赋予支架独特的外观效果。支架对于PC管结合处进行了必要的加厚处理,以降低载重时的弯曲变形。结合处采用六边形孔进行紧固,避免了误差过大导致无法装配的情况。 进一步地,支架采用模块化设计,通过榫卯机构,自由拼接组装。PC管组装口两侧均设有倒角,提高了装配的便利性。该支架基于220mm料盘盒子收纳、210mm料盘盒子收纳、单料盘收纳 设置了3种可替换高度的连接件,可以根据个人需求自由组装,无限堆叠,有效地提高了空间利用率。 🚀打印建议 建议使用PETG、PC、PA6-CF等高强度耗材,以提高支架使用寿命。 在打印时,请提前校准流量比例与k值,以免误差过大影响装配。并且,建议适度提高打印温度,以提高模型强度。更低的外墙速度也有利于提高外墙尺寸精度,降低装配过程中可能出现的问题。 🚀配件清单 每层需要3根PC管,直径为20mm,建议厚度2mm以上。请打印1份底座(1份包含2个工件件),1对拓展件,1盘连接件,并为每层准备3根硬质PC管。 PC管长度建议300~500mm,过长的PC管可能在承重时严重弯曲,长期使用疲劳后,极易3发生断裂。 图示使用厚度1.5mmPC管,长度500mm,能承载6kg耗材。
