This lunar crater desk tray brings a piece of the moon to your workspace. The crater-shaped bowl provides a natural spot to drop small items like coins, dice, keys, or desk accessories. Its compact footprint makes it easy to place anywhere on your desk while still offering enough depth to keep small objects contained.

The surface texture is inspired by rugged lunar terrain, giving the tray a raw, geological feel. The sloped crater walls guide items naturally toward the center, while the outer terrain-like edges create a miniature landscape effect. It’s designed to feel like a small fragment of another world sitting right on your desk.

This design is also part of a personal challenge I’m doing for the year 2026: designing and releasing a brand new 3D printable model every single day for an entire year.
