Axolotl Flexy | Articulated Axolotl + 6mm Glass Eyes Option and Pre Painted
🦎 Axolotl — a fully articulated flexy inspired by the famous “walking fish” of Mexican lakes. This model captures the soft body shape, external feathery gills, and curious expression that make axolotls so iconic.
The segmented body allows smooth movement from head to tail, letting the axolotl stretch naturally across surfaces or curl slightly like it’s exploring the riverbed. The sculpt keeps the rounded head, delicate gill fronds, and gentle body texture that give axolotls their unique amphibian look.

As usual, appreciate the new design, looks great! Could you post a link to the Matterhackers PLA Natural filament you used here? I'm having trouble finding it. Thanks!
The reason you cant find it is i made a mistake its Polymaker not matter hackers: https://a.co/d/07WkMcvt I've had that roll just sitting for two years till i found a use for it :) The one i have has the clear plastic spool, but now they come in cardboard.
Can I just say that I am AMAZED at the intricate detail work, even on the unpainted ones, and it prints SO QUICK? My gosh, the full size unpainted axolotl printed in under 3 hours on my Bambu a1 at regular speed settings. LOVE IT!
