Steel Pin Lock (NON-NEGOTIABLE): You MUST cross-drill the motor shaft (2mm to 2.5mm). A simple grub screw will fail. Use a high-tensile steel pin. ๐ฉ
Mandatory Professional Balancing: A 138 mm rotor at full RPM carries the energy of a projectile. Dynamic balancing is a matter of life and death. โ๏ธ๐จ
Advanced Materials Only: Use ONLY premium Carbon Fiber Nylon (PA-CF) or industrial-grade composites. PLA/PETG will fail.

Note: Drawed photo are similar for all edfs! So, except for 73 mm, here you can find the sames for all (from 83 to 138. Only 150 mm has originals rendering photos). I had made photos only for edf 73 printed, right now.

3D printing settings ๐ง ELITE 3D PRINTING SETTINGS (MAX STRENGTH):
Nozzle: 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm.
Perimeters: 9-10 perimeters (Maximum wall thickness for structural safety).
Infill: 50% - 60% Gyroid.
Speed: Max 30 mm/sec (Slow speed ensures perfect layer fusion).
Cooling: NO cooling. Heat is your friend for layer strength.
