This model is designed for high-impact cosplay and display-grade results:

Multi-Color Ready: I have included a pre-painted .3mf file. This allows for effortless multi-color printing (AMS/MMU) with all color zones already designated.

• Cosplay Ready: The interior is hollowed and shaped for a comfortable fit.

• Multipart Precision: Optimized for large-scale FDM printers, the helmet is split into 6 logical components to minimize supports and allow for easy painting of the different color zones.

The download includes 6 organized .3mf files (BambuStudio compatible):

1. 024-01-Saiyaman_MainHelmet: The primary upper green helmet structure.
2. 024-02-Saiyaman_Visor: The front black faceplate/eye area.
3. 024-03-Saiyaman_Ear_L: Left pad.
4. 024-04-Saiyaman_Ear_R: Right pad.
5. 024-05-Saiyaman_Antenna_L: Left ornament.
6. 024-06-Saiyaman_Antenna_R: Right ornament.

Parts are already in position for the best quality and minimum supports using FDM printers.

🛠️ Assembly & Finishing

• Scaling: I recommend printing a 5mm "test ring" of the head opening to ensure it fits over your head before printing the full kit.

• Glue Method: For a permanent display, use CA Glue or Two-Part Epoxy.

• Custom Cuts: If this model exceeds your build plate dimensions, I am happy to provide custom cuts/splits to ensure it fits your printer perfectly. Just send me a message!
