Let’s be honest: keeping expensive vials organized in a fridge or a travel bag is usually a disaster. I designed these cases to be the definitive solution for storing up to 6 vials and 4-5 syringes in a compact, secure, and highly customizable footprint.

The Design Deep Dive The 2-Stage Latch: This is the heart of the build. It’s a mechanical "fail-safe" designed to keep the box securely locked even if it’s dropped, and it adds an extra layer of difficulty to keep curious hands out of the medicine.

Hybrid Material Support: This kit includes optional TPU "vial guards" that snap into the base to provide shock absorption and a snug fit for glass vials. I also included a removable TPU mat for the syringe bay so you can easily pull it out and sanitize it.

Visual Warning Systems: Medicine safety is a priority, so I’ve included multiple lid variants:

Safety Focused: Skull & Crossbones, Mr. Yuck, Biohazard, and "DANGER" lids to clearly signal "don't touch".

Aesthetic Focused: A sleek Hex pattern and a clean "Plain" version for a more discreet look.

Internal Geometry: The syringe bay is optimized for 4-5 standard units, ensuring nothing is rattling around or getting bent during transit.

Technical Print Specs Lid/Base: Printed in your choice of PLA or PETG. The 2-stage latch has tight tolerances, so ensure your flow rate is calibrated for a smooth "click".

TPU Inserts: 95A shore hardness works best for the vial guards and the syringe mat.

Multi-Color Ready: All lids are designed for easy color-swapping or AMS/MMU setups to make those warning icons pop.

Business Note: These are perfect for the gym, travel, or home-health markets. Because they solve a specific problem with a high-end mechanical feel, they carry a much higher retail value than a standard storage box.
