Put the light where you need it! This is a handy LED frame kit that allows you to illuminate your work area with ease. **You will need a basic understanding of 12V wiring to complete this kit - if you are not comfortable wiring 12V then you should have an experienced and qualified person help you! **This is a very simple project for anyone who understands the basics of wiring electronics.

Mount the LEDs into the LED columns. I added a drop of cyanoacrylate (super glue, I use high viscosity) to the back of each LED. Guide the wires through the slots in the Base Plate. Using the 18 gauge wire, attach the wires to the switch and 12V connector. Once everything is in place, snap the wire frame into place. I soldered each connection then insulated with shrink wrap.

If you want the semi-transparent honeycomb appearance on top of the LED columns as seen in the photos, print the LED columns upside-down with no bottom layers and honeycomb infill.

Best printed with PLA+ at 10% moisture with 50% triangular infill.
