Assembly Guide: Mrs. Easter Bunny (XL & Not So.. XL) Welcome to the assembly guide for Mrs. Easter Bunny! To ensure your build goes smoothly and your bunny looks its best, please read these instructions carefully before you begin printing or gluing. Essential Pre-Assembly Tips

  • Dry Fit First: Always perform a "dry build" without glue to ensure you understand part placement and to test the fit.
  • Orientation: "Left" and "Right" labels refer to the bunny’s perspective, not yours as you are looking at it.
  • Organization: Keep your parts sorted! Many pieces are small and specific to one side. Recommended Print Settings
  • Supports: Required for some parts.Threshold: Set to 26 to minimize unnecessary supports.Z-Distance: Set to 0.27mm for easy removal.
  • Infill: * Large Parts: 5% infill.Small Parts/Connectors: 10–15% infill.
  • Adhesion: Ensure your bed is clean and leveled; some parts have a small footprint.
  • Tolerances: The XL and Standard versions have different tolerances. If a connector feels too tight due to printer/filament variations, reduce the scale of the connector by 1–2%. Special Note: The Ears To prevent the printing issues some experienced with the male version:
  • XL Ears: These now feature a flat back for increased surface area and bed adhesion.
  • Orientation: If using a "bed slinger" printer, orient the ears to the side to reduce resistance.
  • 3MF Users: I have included a manual tree support halfway up the ear for added stability. 1. The Garden Base & Tulips
  • The Tulips: Assemble 12 tulips by inserting stalks into the heads. I recommend using two contrasting colors (6 of each).
  • The Base: Alternate the colors as you plug them into the base.
    • Important: Use the short stalks in the back holes, or the bunny will not sit correctly!
  1. Legs & Dress
  • Connect the feet to the base using the foot connectors.
  • Attach the legs to the feet, then slide the lower dress over the legs using the "foot-through-leg-to-dress" connectors.
  • Connect the upper dress to the lower dress.
  1. Torso Details & Head
  • Dress Details: Place the 3 buttons on the front and the collar pieces. Note: These require glue to stay in place.
  • The Head: Use the head connectors to attach the head to the dress.
  • The Ears: Insert the ear connectors, attach the ears, and then fit the inner ear pieces.
  • The Bow: Insert the two bow connectors into the head and snap on the bow.
  1. Arms & Hands
  • Attach the arms to the upper dress using the arm connectors.
  • Attach the hands to the arms using the hand-to-arm connectors.
  1. Facial Features
  • Eyebrows: Insert the left and right eyebrows.
  • Teeth: Slide the teeth into place (requires glue).
  • Eyes: Assemble these directly in the sockets to ensure correct alignment. Order: Eyelash → Eye White → Eye Color → Eye Black → Eye Reflection.
  1. Final Touches (Accessories)
  • Left Hand: Rest the basket handle in the palm indent (the basket does not require supports to print).
  • Right Hand: Choose between the egg container or the peep. Congratulations! Your Mrs. Easter Bunny is complete.
