Assembly - The model is keyed together with separately printed keys. The keys are there to assist in holding the model in the approximate location for gluing. Always dry fit pieces before gluing. Use a strong glue is you are using this for COSPLAY, and epoxy would be preferred. Add additional walls as well, the head has some weight behind it.

If you're new to Cosplay props: Print, assemble, fill gaps (your desired filler - drywall putty, wood filler, etc.), sand, prime... REPEAT as needed. Then finish painting. Take your time, it'll pay off. Sanding is something that will show in the end if you don't do it enough.
