This curling-themed snack tray is designed to keep nuts and small snacks organized while providing a clean and practical way to dispose of shells. Inspired by a curling stone and target markings, the tray features a removable top section for holding snacks and a dedicated opening that allows shells to be dropped into the lower container. This keeps the eating area tidy and separates usable snacks from waste in a simple, intuitive way.

The idea behind this design was to combine a familiar snack tray with a clever functional twist. By using the shape and structure of a curling stone, the tray naturally separates contents without adding complexity. The removable top allows for easy cleaning, while the internal cavity provides enough space to collect shells or scraps during use. The design is optimized for straightforward 3D printing and everyday handling.

This design is also part of a personal challenge I’m doing for the year 2026: designing and releasing a brand new 3D printable model every single day for an entire year.
