This is Brother Morax from Chains of Asmodeus - I couldn't find one of these on the print sites so I made one. A really nasty CR21 Devil full of brittle spines that burrow into the flesh of his enemies. These brittle spines build up over the battle starting as a small nuisance and turning into brutal tick damage. Brother Morax is a Large Devil so I have him on a 50mm baseplate.

Lately I've been posting the main model to the print sites and then putting together Patreon exclusives I'm doing the same with this model. In this case I've got the main 50mm Brother Morax matching the reference image. I've got 5 other poses and medium (25mm) variants on my Patreon in case you like the model and want to have your party fight a squad of devils / demons / ghouls etc... These models are free (for now) so you can grab them in exchange for following me on Patreon. This may change in the future though so if you like the models you'll want to get them while you can!

For my process on this model I started with an AI base mesh, adjusted that a bit then rigged and sculpted brother morax, then added another little mesh for the gums+teeth, brought the tongue back and added eyes. For sculpting I used a deeper / sloped crease which should really accentuate the gaps between ribs etc...

For FDM printing I recommend printing on his back at a -90 degree tilt on the X-axis. For Resin printing the usual -45 degree tilt with auto supports should be fine. The key ares of concern when printing will be the spines, fingers, teeth and tongue which may want to escape when removing supports.
