Low-Profile MiniBit Wrench for confined spaces - car blend door etc.
I made this low-profile bit driver wrench for working in confined places. I used it to replace a blend door actuator in my car, where there was very little room to work. This worked perfectly. I used a 10mm x 3mm round magnet. Print the wrench and insert face-up with supports - be certain not to dial your supports in too tight or it will be very difficult to remove the supports and insert the magnet.
Print face-up, removetheh suspport and insert the magnet inside of the socket and then force the insert into the head of the wrench - no glue needed. It will require some force to fully seat the insert - you can put it on a hard surface and push on the top of the wrench to force the insert in until it is flush.
Ideally printed with a rigid filament, PLA+, CF-PLA etc. with minimum 3 walls and 50% triangular fill at %10 - %14 moisture.
Dry your filament, eat your vegetables, don't do drugs.
