Elegoo Centauri Carbon - Power Cable Relief MK6
I came across a problem where the power cable attached to the top of the Centauri Carbon Extruder was being chafed. It was actually cutting through the protective sleeve.
I designed initially, a slide-on sleeve version (which is in the photos) that stopped the problem and works very well. In the process of doing this, I noticed that the chain gantry to the Extruder was not parallel with the case mounting point, it was about 2.8mm lower on the Extruder than the originating point.
The second STL is a complete replacement for the Extruder mount point which anchors the chain gantry using the original screw and corrects the chain gantry orientation but also manages the cable feed to the Extruder. I also found that the cable was also causing my Bowden tube to be deformed slightly, but, enough to affect loading and unloading of filament. I am happy to say, this problem has been rectified albeit not the intention.
