Dark Souls Claymore & Sheath
I really like the claymore from Dark Souls and thought it was simple enough to make the sword itself and its sheath. The files for the blade must be printed twice. A brim is recommended for the tip of the blade to prevent warping. There are alignment pins for both the sword and the sheath meant to add strength to the parts and make assembly easier. All parts should fit on a build plate 220x220x270 or larger. The sheath does not yet have any attachments for a belt or a wall mount, but I might add that later. The sword itself is just over one meter long, so probably smaller than it is in game but you can always scale it up and cut the files if you want it larger.
Assembly is simple:
The sword blade can be assembled with alignment pins and glued into the hilt. The hilt must be put together using the alignment pin on the bottom. The handle halves can be glued together and connected with the pommel. The sheath has alignment pin slots at different places to make sure they are assembled in the right order due to the slight taper of the middle parts that might not be noticed at first. Glue is required for connecting all parts, I recommend 3D Gloop or an epoxy adhesive to maximize strength.
