I designed a complete 3D model from scratch for a custom bellypan molding specifically tailored to fit the Triumph Speed Triple 1050. Starting with precise measurements of the bike’s frame and lower fairing area, I created a detailed digital model that captures both the functional requirements and the aesthetic lines of the motorcycle. The goal was to ensure a seamless integration with the Speed Triple’s aggressive styling while maintaining proper clearance and airflow.

The process involved modeling every contour, mounting point, and edge in CAD software to achieve a precise fit that could transition directly into prototyping or manufacturing. The resulting design not only enhances the visual appeal of the bike but also serves as a practical component, providing coverage and protection in the lower engine area. This project demonstrates my ability to develop complex 3D designs from concept to execution, with a strong focus on accuracy, functionality, and style.
