A small print with a big festive impact – this realistic Christmas Hat instantly adds cozy holiday vibes to any desk or shelf.

With carefully tuned Fuzzy Skin settings, the surface looks incredibly real — almost like soft fabric and wool!

EASY ASSEMBLY – 3 PARTS 🧩

The model consists of three simple plug-fit parts – no AMS required!

🎩 Hat (red) – curved shape with a smooth yet lightly textured surface, featuring soft Fuzzy Skin for a fabric-like look

⚪ Pom-Pom – fluffy texture with strong Fuzzy Skin, giving it that real wool ball feel

🧵 Base (white rim) – realistic wool effect with subtle, irregular texture and strong Fuzzy Skin

Just print and plug together – no glue, no multi-color setup needed!

REALISTIC SURFACE SETTINGS 🧶

To achieve the most realistic surface, use different Fuzzy Skin values for each part. Here’s a proven setup (Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer):

Hat (Red)

• Fuzzy Skin: Contour
• Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.30 mm
• Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.1 ➡ gives a soft fabric-like texture

Pom-Pom

• Fuzzy Skin: Contour
• Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.80 mm
• Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.3 ➡ creates a fluffy, wool-like effect

Base (White Bottom)

• Fuzzy Skin: Contour
• Fuzzy skin point distance: 0.80 mm
• Fuzzy skin thickness: 0.3 ➡ adds a thick knitted-wool appearance

(Adjust slightly depending on printer, nozzle, and filament.)

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS:

• Filament: Bambulab PLA Matte red, white (used in our makes)
• Infill: 8% Gyroid or Grid
• Layer Height: 0.2mm
• Walls: 2
• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
• Support Structure: needed
• Brim: None needed, but when you have adhesion problems than activate the brim
