PRINT SETTINGS Assembly Note Some pieces will require glue. I have listed the items below that I recommend gluing. If your machine does not have very precise or accurate tolerances, you may want to scale the models up or adjust your precision settings. Scaling down will not work as the tolerances will likely be too small for the pieces to fit. Glue is required/recommended for the following parts:

1. Neck
2. Pupils
3. Hat buckle to hat band
4. Wattle needs to be glued to beak
5. Hat can balance on head but better to glue if you want it to be permanent
6. Beak
7. Top of feathers can balance but will stay better with glue Feathers can be printed in any color combination. They are labeled by color of the photos for easy assembly. Assembled Dimensions at full size with Hat: Height: Approx 5.59” Width: Approx 8.41” Depth: Approx 5.23"

Print tolerances vary by printer. The settings used in this print were in Bambu Studio, and printed on a Bambu X1C using a 0.4 nozzle printed at 0.20mm layer height Standard print quality settings. Filament used was PLA and PLA+. Plate used was Bambu Textured PEI Plate.
Adding variable height, ironing or smaller layer heights will decrease the visibility of any lines even more than what is shown in the photos. Recommended Print Settings:

• Supports on Build Plate Only
• Threshold Angle - 30 degrees
• Remove Small Overhangs - NO
• Brim – YES – Only on small pieces or if you have adhesion issues
• Top Z-Distance - .28
• Bottom Z-Distance - .28
• Layer Height – 0.2mm or smaller
• Nozzle Size – 0.4 or smaller
• Seam – position depends on piece and orientation on the plate
• Infill – 10 - 15%
• Wall Loops – 2 - [3 for the bottom of the feather]
