3D printing settings Printer Type: FDM (tested on Bambu Lab)

Slicer Profile: 0.16 mm Optimal Bambu setting

Supports: Built-in overwrite to ignore supports in pupil magnet crevices (these cavities are filled with magnets)

Magnets Used: 4 round magnets D8 × 2 mm for the pupils

Pause Points (see included photos):

Eyes: Pause to insert tulle fabric, secure with magnets, then resume (trim excess after printing)

Pupils: Pause to insert magnets into cavities, then resume so they are embedded inside the pupils

Assembly Notes:

Trim excess tulle with an X-Acto knife for clean edges (they will not be visible once glued)

Pupils slide inside the eye perimeter, can be removed completely for walking, and snap back on for photos

The included 3MF file has all orientations, pauses, and support-overrides pre-set to achieve the finish shown in the photos. Reference photos of the pause stages (eyes and pupils) are also included for guidance.
