This mini cherry blossom fan is great for hand bags and other portable storage devices. It operates the same way as a paper fan and can be folded and unfolded with ease. It's designed to fit on a Prusa/Bambu A1 mini (180mm x180mm) bed size without supports or brims. Theoretically, it can be scaled up in the XY direction to get a larger fan, but you will start to run into issues if it gets too big.

Compatible with left and right handed operation. No glue or tape required.

I wouldn't recommend standard PLA for the folding blades if you want it to last. PLA+ seems to be more reliable and I would imagine the petroleum based filaments would last even longer.
