How big is it? Would it go well with a viking costume?

I've tried a few different things, but I keep getting a slight warp/lift on the ends of the half shield parts... Brims didn't seem to help, seems to even lift the build plate. Any tips? Or any chance this could be done in quarters?
Looks like a great design. I love how you split it to be bigger and there isn't much of a seam.
