This two-piece TPU sleeve protects glossy AirPods Pro (3rd Gen) cases from scratches while keeping pocket bulk to a minimum. The shell is intentionally thin for everyday carry, with reinforced corners to help absorb impact in a drop.

Flexible TPU 95A provides a snug fit and durable scratch resistance, and wireless charging remains supported thanks to the low wall thickness.

The two halves join using small flex tabs you glue in place; included spacer jigs (2, 3, and 4 mm) make the gap consistent and easy to set. 3 mm is the balanced, all-round choice.

🧪 Printing & Assembly Tips

• Material: TPU 95A. Dry TPU before printing to avoid stringing/blobs.
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm.
• Infill: Not critical for this model.
• Orientation: Print each half with the opening facing down (see photo).
• Supports: You can try without; otherwise use normal supports (not tree). Leave enough offset so supports don’t stick to the model. Do not place supports inside the two tab/slot holes.
• Assembly: Two-part case joined with two small tabs. Use a flexible universal glue compatible with TPU (avoid superglue). Spacer jigs (2, 3, 4 mm) included—choose your preferred gap; 3 mm is recommended.
