This is a case for an insideGadgets GBxCart RW v1.4 Pro. It can be printed in transparent filament with a 0.2mm window over the LEDs, or it can be printed in opaque filament by dropping the model 0.2mm into the build plate before slicing.

Transparent filament can be inserted into the light pipe holes to improve the visibility of the LED indicators. There is a hole for a screw to fasten the cas closed, and the screw is the kind that was in the GBA reproduction cart shell that insideGadgets included with the PCB.
