Coleman Powerchill Internal 60mm Fan Housing.stl

Knocked together this simple Upgrade/Replacement fan shroud for the Coleman Powerchill Thermoelectric Cooler in tinkercad. Uses the stock groove on the cold-side of the heat-exchanger inside the cooler.

Designed to replace the existing 60mm fan with a new, standard, computer fan of the same size, up to 25mm thick. (EG: Noctua NF-A6x25. WILL NOT WORK WITH THE STOCK FAN without modifcation.

Should fit the cool-only model, may also fit the Heat/Cool Model

Does not have a fan grill - print one separately.

You'll need to splice the original fan's power cable into the new fan's power lead. It's best to use a connector for easy replacement/service later. There's room to tuck extra cable around the fan body and above the heatsink.

Should print fine without supports in the default orientation.

Consider this a bit of a WIP - I printed it in PLA with standard walls and infill and it seems OK - will be exposing it to longer term testing soon. Fitment Might vary with tolerances on different models. Not sure how well it will stand up to sustained use in the cooler (In the cold/heat) - Might need to be printed with thicker walls/more infill or in a different material.
