This model ships in two variations:

• Multi-Material Version (MMU) — eyes, patches, and head split for color printing.
• Single-Color Version — print the eye patches and sockets as separate parts and glue them.

Print Settings

Material: PLA recommended

Layer Height

• 0.20 mm for standard, faster prints.
• 0.12–0.16 mm for the separated version to improve part fit (eyes/patches).

Supports

• MMU version: Use painted supports for the head as indicated in the plates.
• Separated version: Use automatic supports so the slicer generates supports for the eye patches/sockets.

Walls & Infill

• Walls: 3–4 mm
• Infill: 15–20%

Tolerances

• If printing the separated parts at 0.20 mm, the fit can be snug and may sit slightly crooked.
• Dropping to 0.12–0.16 mm improves precision and alignment.

Assembly & Finishing

• Dry-fit the eye patches and sockets first.
• Use gel cyanoacrylate for assembly (apply lightly; clamp or hold until set).
• Optionally paint the black patches after assembly if you printed them in a single color.

Notes

• The fit for the eyes/patches varies by slicer and filament. Test a small section or lower the layer height for best results.
• Side pencil hole: Ø12 mm works well for most pencils and pens; keep at least 3–4 mm wall thickness around the hole and angle it slightly upward (10–15) if you want the pencil to “rest” in place.
