These designs require a mechanical keyboard switch. Any Cherry MX compatible switch will fit as-is. Simply align the switch with the base's square hole and push downward.

Includes versions with and without a keychain hole. Make sure you have good overhang settings (slower overhang speed, high/max cooling).
