This set of 3D printable diameter gauges provides convenient and accurate measurement for fillet sizing or radius. The first pocketable gauge covers diameters from 0.04 to 0.18 Inches, while the second gauge handles diameters from 0.2 to 0.48 inches, the third covers 0.5 to 0.78 inches, 0.2 to 0.48 in 0.01 inch increments and the other two in 0.02 inch increments. These compact tools are ideal for woodworking, metalworking, DIY projects, or any application requiring quick and reliable diameter verification.

Each pocketable gauge consists of two plates [0.04-0.18, 0.2-0.48, 0.5-0.78]. For optimal accuracy, quality settings should be set as high as possible. The original design was printed using a 0.2mm nozzle at a 0.8mm layer height in PETG. Assembly requires four M3 bolts with 20mm length, four M3 nuts, and a small amount of thread locker (I used B-7000) for secure fastening. The hardware is just what I had laying around.
