Would you be able to design this with a hinged plate (about the same size as the back plate) on top instead of the clips so one could slide it under a gaming mat and the rest hang off the table? That way the depth of the table edge wouldn't matter and it could just fold together. The current lip for holding the card is fine. I'm a newbie and not great with 3d modeling yet.
Hi having an issue with the clips being too tight to slide into the back. Any ideas?
Depending on the filament it can sometimes bulge when it prints. You can take a knife and scrape or shave around the edges to smooth it out. Or scale it down if you need more room
Hi, also had a problem, the parts that connect the bottom with the top plate are bigger than the holes, also the clips and their respective connector. Any solution that I can resolve? :)
How did you arrange the Holder Back on the print plate? I printed it face down but I had to hammer the bottom in because the overhangs on the slits made it not fit well
You may need to adjust your printer settings to improve your bridging then
Any tips on how to achieve that?
There are bridging test prints you can run that will help you dial in the settings. The changes can depend on your printer, filament, environment conditions, and more. Just takes a bit of playing around to dial in your printer and get the most out of it.
