I made this hood for the exhaust of my resin printer's enclosure. It has held strong for over a year with some exclusion mesh on the inside where the flange mounts to the wall and some silicone around the rim.

This was printed with some cheap GF Nylon from Amazon, and with six walls, it prints solid. Tree supports for the screw holes was all that's need for supports.
