These “subway” cars were built for the Cleveland GCRTA in the mid 1980s for use on the system’s Red Line running from Windermere Station in East Cleveland to the Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport. With two stations on my college campus, I see these cars roll by daily.

This product includes a shell (choose between the double-ended version for 1xx car numbers and the single-ended version for 3xx car numbers), a chassis, a functional clip coupler and two cosmetic couplers. The model is designed to accept the Bowser trolley mechanism. You’ll need some 2-56 or similar size screws, plus one larger 4-40 or similar screw for the Bowser dummy truck. The chassis is designed to accept the Bowser trolley mechanism (#125110). I had the decals printed by Fusion Scale Graphics. You can download the art I made for free on my website firstpersonscalemodels.com
