This is a longer version of the 2025 Ikea Pax plastic wall spacer screw. The original part only allows a maximum distance of 22mm from the wall, this spacer allows a little more distance and screws into the corner bracket of the Pax.

I print these in the upright orientation. You can measure the distance to the wall through the hole and simply cut the model in the slicer to that height before printing (don't forget to add 3mm for the base).
