I found during certain games, the FPS on the Switch OLED would drop noticeably. At the same time, the switch itself would get rather warm.

I put this together to allow for some extra cooling.

Note: The fan goes on the outside. Currently unsure if push or pull option is best.

Features:

• 80mm fan (get a USB/5v one)
• 7.25mm hole for a rotary potentiometer, with slots to allow for different orientation, depending on your needs.
• 6mm hole for on/off switch.
• Removeable enclosure for electronics (fan speed controller)
• Same/Similar cable gromets as stock.

Printing notes:

• Back cover will print flat with no supports.
• Electronics enclosure will print flat with supports for the tabs only.

Files:

• STL files of each part for printing.
• Step file of full design for anyone wanting to modify/improve.
