An autonomous drone that defends its user by firing caustic gas at nearby enemies, blinding them and slowing them temporarily. Returns to backpack to refill. It slows and blinds nearby enemies by spraying them with caustic gas, helping the owner avoid being overwhelmed by swarms.

3mf-files (for multicolor printing) are included for all parts. Thrusters and weapon connectors are adjustable (turnable) if they are printed separate and with holes.

The stand in the pictures is also included for displaying the drone(s).

I have also made the two other rovers (Guard dog AX/LAS-5 Laser and Guard Dog AX/AR-23), which if you purchase the bundle, you can swap around the weapons between them using the disconnectable connectors (three printed separate). Bundle

The parts I used for printing the rover/drone in the picture were: HD2_GuardDogBottomSplitNoThrusters HD2_GuardDogTopSplitNoThrusters HD2_GuardDogThrusterWithHole3mf Which I found gave the best results after test-printing. I printed the weapons each split in 2 parts, and then glued them together with epoxy which worked greatly.

Print all parts with a brim to reduce chance of warping. Print with supports

If you're going to print the entire drone in one piece, it is very important to use supports.

When printing the stand turn off the "Build plate only" setting for supports and use a brim to reduce chance of warping.

If you're having trouble getting the glue to bind parts together, use an epoxy mix, and if that doesn't work, use sandpaper and try again. I used an epoxy mix for the model in the pictures, which worked greatly.
