I downloaded and made this, but I was curious if you’re supposed to glue the barrel to the grip. If so, how do you replace the rubber band if necessary?

Also, can you post an explanation of how to get the rubber bands on both joints? I may be dumb but I can only get it to hook on either the top or bottom, not both.
