The 2 part flaring will fit 256x256 build volume, recommend to print it in a ABS family filament to acetone glue it and generally durable for outdoor use.

(note the battery side is already chamfered to drop a neat bead of glue)

or if you have a 400x400mm feel free to print it as one piece
