This is a digital 3D printable model of Caitlyn Rifle from Arcane Season 2.

The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 200 mm print bed (STL) and files that are not cut into smaller pieces (OBJ). All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.

The rifle features two movable parts. • The barrel can slide forward and backward • The hex-gem sits inside an openable iris core cage

SIZE At 100% scale, the model’s dimensions are approximate: Width  1497 mm Length 113 mm Height 312 mm You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size, the model will print well. 

3D Printing and Assembly Tips

Hex-core

• Do not use supports inside the mechanical chamber. The chamber includes built-in supports that should be removed carefully with an X-Acto knife.
• It’s best to print the chamber in gold filament. Avoid painting the interior; paint can damage the opening mechanism.

Strengthening the prop for cosplay

• You can reinforce the handle to the hex chamber and rifle body connections using bolts and nuts.
  • M4 x 40 bolt — head height ≤ 2.8 mm
  • M4 x 25 bolt — head height ≤ 2.0 mm
  • 2 × M4 nuts

We try to make the models in a way that uses as little support material as possible. This model is meant to be post-processed after printing. This can be gluing, sanding, painting, etc.

Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
