This fully 3D-printed Minecraft Sword prop kit is roughly 23 inches (59cm) long once assembled.

As with all of our models, this prints with no supports, assembles with no glue, and doesn't require a multi-material 3D printer! Assembly instructions are included in the download with the files, and the print settings are listed in the photos above.

Diamond sword version using Tecbears 'mint green' as the teal, Sunlu matte blue as the pastel, and Geeetech silk sky blue for the shiny blue ones.

Printed with Glow in the Dark filament. The model looks fantastic and the main structure fits together nicely. However, there is almost no tolerance margin for the small caps. They either don’t fit at all or fall out too easily. When trying to force them in, they put so much pressure on the main model that it starts to crack. Since scaling down the caps isn’t really an option (as it would throw off their dimensions), the only real solution is to sand down each cap by hand.

Because of this, assembling the model took me several hours and a lot of hot glue. With a bit more tolerance in the design, this would be a perfect print!
